All businesses and blocks of flats must have a valid Fire Risk Assessment to comply with regulations – in fact, it’s the cornerstone of your fire safety plans.

Most importantly, if your building has more than 4 regular occupants, then the findings of your Fire Risk Assessment must be set down in writing.

A Fire Risk Assessment will evaluate your commercial premises in terms of fire safety hazards, to people and property.

A qualified assessor will arrange to visit your premises and make a physical inspection of the location and provide you with a clear concise report. The assessor's report will include a detailed, prioritised Action Plan which will advise you on how to minimise fire risks specific to your location.
